3.1 miles, 31:32 time, 10:09 pace
I thought it might take me until the end of the year to get down to a sub 10:15 pace. I actually recorded a 9:47 mile on mile 3. Well here is to speed and knowing that it is out there for all of us.

I am not sure about the sub 30 5k but I will be trying for it this summer. It is great to see improvement. It makes it all worth while. Pokey I thought you were going to run the anchor leg.
